beds are comfortable and convenient and room smells great and is spacious and bright. kindness of the cleaning ladies who immediately helped us to open the door because at 12:01 minute we could not return will enter the room and we had things to go down to the car and this lady so kind helped us and opened the door.
Lack of cleanliness, the bathtub was dirty, the bathroom was very dusty especially in the area of the hairdryer .. The spa after 35 ? 1 hour for two people I see it somewhat expensive, in the first water pool was missing the cover on the floor and I hurt my foot, the staff already knew and did not warn. . the jets from the hot and cold contrast showers the first shower on the right every jet goes anywhere but where they should go , in theory the jets should hit you in the body . And in the jacuzzi came out a lot of foam that prevented to see well the descent of the steps and an unpleasant smell in fact I got red eyes and irritated .. The light switch at the entrance was not working well, you had to leave it on to have light .. It will be good hotel but it needs a good review.!

room is spacious and very clean. It overlooked an inner courtyard which made it super quiet that way. We liked the bar-cafeteria very much to have a drink at night after a whole day of sightseeing in the area. friendly staff and spa were fine although you get a little cold when you leave the pools because it was drafty. I loved the room's bathroom for its spaciousness and how well equipped it was although it's a pity that the electric towel rack is regulated by them and only heated in the morning and at night. we came up from the Spa at 6pm we would have been grateful to have been able to turn it on but it was impossible.
It's not the hotel's fault, rudeness of people letting children run around in the halls and not letting you rest until they've gone to bed is quite unpleasant. Besides the slamming of doors when people leave their rooms does not make it easy to rest. Perhaps the hotel should be stricter in that regard, although I understand that it is difficult to control.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center and private parking facilities. the rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. Although we were compensated adequately for this inconvenience, it would have been helpful to know beforehand.

Poor menu at dinner in their empty restaurant. Half of the six main courses were not available We chose surloin steak medalions. After half an hour we were served with a most unattractive plate of unequal sizes of meat which appeared to be casseroled stewing steak,. The presentation was awful- no garnish or attempt to make it look attractive. Frankly it looked fit only to be given to a dog. We complained but the staff who were obviously inexperienced and untrained.could not understand. We asked for some salad to cheer the meal up but left most of the meat.. The bedroom floors were dirty
